
Trek Registration 2026
Saturday, July 11 through Friday July 17

Rooms availability is first-come, first-served, and there
is a cutoff at 150 trekkers and priority will be given to those
who register for the full week.
All housing will be allocated by the Trek Registrar. In order to keep prices low,
all rooms will be filled in each suite or apartment to the extent possible.
Please register as soon as possible before July 1, 2026
Cancellations made before July 1, 2026 may be refunded minus 20%.
No refunds after July 1, 2026.
Registrations made off-line after July 1, 2026 are charged an additional $50 per person.
- Oneonta is a beautiful place, it is very hilly. When driving your Franklin or any car on campus, you must follow posted Trek routing signs to avoid steep uphill and downhills. On campus speed limit for Franklins is 5 mph. FIRST GEAR ONLY ON CAMPUS.
- If you bring a Franklin to the Trek which tours and carries passengers you will be eligible, depending on Trek profitability, to receive a token of appreciation.
- There are 3 types of residences. All resident halls and rooms are air conditioned.
All rooms have beds with twin, extra long, mattresses. The beds will be made before we arrive with 1 pillow in a pillowcase, 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet and a comforter.
Bring your own bath towel, hand towel, face cloth and bath mat.
The rooms are described below:
- Leitzell Hall is closest (5 minute walk) to the dining hall and Trek activities.There are 4 beds per suite, some have a double and two single rooms, others have two doubles. There is 1 shared bathroom per suite. The first floor lounge has a shared kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen sink. There is no elevator in the building. Laundry room is on the second floor.

- Richie Quad Townhouses, Richie Quad Townhouses is further (7 minute walk) from the dining hall and Trek activities. Living quarters are on the first floor with a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The second floor has a double with a private bath and two singles with a shared bath. Laundry room is in a separate building in the Townhouse complex

- Day Apartments, is furthest away (10 minute walk) and considerably uphill from the dining hall and Trek activities. There are stairs and a ramp to access the building. Each apartment has a full kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 2 bedroom suites with a shared bath and 4 bedroom suites with 2 shared bathrooms. The building has an elevator and is ADA compliant. Laundry room is on the second floor. Trek Registration, Parts Department and Merchandise will be on the first floor of Day.

- All housing will be allocated by the Trek Registrar working towards full occupancy of each suite or apartment in order to accommodate the maximum number of Trekkers. Please direct any specific questions to Susan Roberts.

- Registration fee is $ 65 for the first person registering and $ 30 per person
for each additional attendee.
